The first and top — seventh — floors are floor-to-ceiling glass. And just like the real thing, the surface has been carefully formulated to allow for regular cleaning that restored the tiles to their original brilliance. Looking from Chaka Street, you’ll see that the curtain is not fully drawn — it joins the ground floor with the top, as if an invisible hand has pulled the curtain aside to expose the clean and elegant lines of the glass cube that is hinted by the outer floors; allowing a glimpse into the transparent world that is usually out of reach of the sideshow called Life.

There was a word at first. As the author of the project admits, the word has gradually developed into one big chocolate idea. Here you can find such an unusual architectural solution as a big, several storey high window cube of dark toned glass, almost without joints. It serves like a precious facet of the building, as a mirror, in which neighbouring houses and trees are reflected, being puzzled by this miracle. The part of the building front that lacks windows also astonishes with an untypical detail of design – shutters. They fly open like eyelashes that give an additional fascination to its brown eyes.

And when dwellers go to bed, the house behaves unusually again – because of a special front lighting, it as if hovers in the air. To hover while asleep is a good sign.
